Everyone has a job to do: mine is to teach, a student's is to learn. Students are not paid for their job but what is learned will help earn a paycheck now and in the future. I believe that what students already know is as important as what they are supposed to learn - sometimes we teachers forget to check. I also know that people learn in different ways: all I ask is that we learn how you learn best and you commit to learning and achieving.

• I've worked with computers since the 1980's

• I majored in Cognitive Science (Artificial Intelligence) and Educational Technology with a side of business, African American history, common sense and life experience

• I am a Nigerian-American who travels frequently

• I appreciate that this world is for the youth and it's up to the current adults to pass information to the next generation, the good and the bad.
